Luke Bishop is a student at Gilbert Christian High School. He is in 11th grade and is in the Robotics class. Luke claims that Robotics class is a 10/10, “Out of Ten I would rate this class a 10!” The reasoning for this 10/10 is because of the environment, the teacher does a good job at keeping a safe and fun environment.

He claims that Joey Dorsten is the best on the Robotics team. Joey Dorsten is one of the hardest working when it comes to the Robotics team. Joey doesn't have one specific role on the Robotics team he usually just varies between building, programming, and making tweaks for the robots. Joey usually always stays after school to help do everything he can to better improve his team. Luke states, “Mrs. Field, she is a great and caring teacher.” When asked if he will be taking this class again he said, “Of course I will!” Luke has learned how to build so many robots and he even continues building at home. Luke states, “In class we have built a robot with four wheels and a claw that can pick up items like tennis balls and foam rings.” He also brings some robots home to work on!

Luke’s favorite class is robotics and all of his friends are in it. Luke is in the class but not on the team, next year he is hoping to be on the team, but for now he is helping the team prepare for the competition by doing all his assignments in class and helping to build robots. Luke also states, “The greatest thing about Gilbert Christian is probably Robotics Class!”
