The Lady Knights, with coaches Mark Lovelady, Derek Chisum, and Maria Klassen, win the first round of the 3A Division Girls’ Basketball playoffs against the Lady Shamrocks, 44 – 37.
It was an exciting (K)night for the fans of the Lady Knights basketball team. The energy was electric as the girls took the court. There was no shortage of fans from parents, family, school staff, current students and past student alumni, all were present to cheer on the team.

At the jump, Cameryn Jones quickly pushed the ball over to our side and the Lady Knights were the first to record on the scoreboard with two points. At the end of the first half, the Lady Knights closed out the score, 23 – 11, over the Lady Shamrocks.

High scorers for the night were Cameryn Jones with 18 points, Tieya Crank with 10 points, and Kenzie Drager (3 assists) and Lillli Juve (1 assist) with 6 points each.

The Shamrocks played well and did not go easy on the Knights. Each team gave it their all, and we are proud of the talent and efforts of all ladies on both teams. It was an exciting game to watch!
When the game ended, the home team crowd and team erupted in cheers. Way to go Lady Knights!
