As the wrestling season winds down one of the last tournaments hosted in the East Valley takes place Friday and Saturday at Red Mountain High School at the second annual Nate Johnson Memorial.

The format is mainly a dual team tourney with a mini-individual tournament concluding the action Saturday afternoon and evening. Wrestling begins Friday at 9 a.m. at Red Mountain and continues throughout the day. Action resumes Saturday at 8:30 a.m. with the team championship dual set for 1:30 p.m. A mini-individual tournament takes place with semifinals at 3:30 p.m. followed by championship matches at 6 p.m.

Teams entered  in the Red Pool are: Red Mountain, Skyline, Millennium, Silver, N.M. Desert Ridge, Carl Hayden, Hamilton and Central. Teams entered in the Black Pool are: Dobson, Desert Mountain, Campo Verde, Pinnacle, Verrado, Mesquite, Higley and Seton.
