Out-of-state teams rule in Peoria wrestling tourney

Here are the results from the recent Peoria Invitational wrestling tournament, held Jan. 7-8 at Peoria High School. Many thanks to Peoria athletic director Philip Camacho for the information.
Two out-of-state teams finished 1-2 in the team competition, Alamosa, Colo., and Servite of Anaheim, Calif. Phoenix Thunderbird was the top Arizona finisher, in third place.
